These programs are designed by me to meet you where you’re at.

If you are a beginner who never really strength trained before or you took a long time off from lifting then this plan would be perfect for you. It introduces all the main strength training movements like squats, deadlifts, pulling, and pushing done with body weight or lighter weights. It is completely up to you to progress as you see fit. This program is a great way to start or get back into the swing of things!

The intermediate plan is a bit more challenging introducing more compound exercises which require more experience and strength. The advanced program requires the most experience with strength training and focuses on compound exercises that would be executed with a barbell. The Split program was designed to cater to people who like to train by body part. This plan consists of 4 days, 2 upper lifts and 2 lower lifts. This plan is for intermediate or advanced lifters that have experience training in this manner.

Lastly, the at home workout program is for anyone who enjoys working out at home. It requires minimal equipment and allows you to get creative with using different furniture to perform your exercises!

I’m really excited about the opportunity to share my programs with you every month. Writing monthly plans for myself is one of my favorite hobbies and now I get to share my work with all of you!

This program will include 4 full body days focusing mostly on compound movements using the barbell and dumbbells. I believe dedicating the majority of your program to compound exercises is the most effective way to build muscle. These “compound exercises” include squats, deadlifts, chin ups, bench press, and thrusts.

If you want to train with me you must be willing to fall in love with the monotony. I have tons of variations of these lifts that will help keep it interesting but at the end of the day we must consistently hammer these movements applying progressive overload to see results! Keeping track of your progress is paramount! Each week you will want to be adding more weight or completing more reps. I can’t wait to get started with you!  

1 on 1 Online Coaching

What if you could reach your fitness goals on your own time while also being held accountable? I’m here to make that possible.

If you choose to work with me one on one  I will be able to design your program specific to your needs and likes. I want this to be a unique and enjoyable experience so getting to know you is really important to me! We would set up a zoom call to dive deeper into your answers on the questionnaire attached and devise a plan about how we are going to set out to achieve your fitness goals.

I am not a nutritionist but I will be able to give you basic tips and tricks to help you see the results of the work you are putting in at the gym. You will have access to email or text me with questions or form checks and I will be sure to get back to you in a timely manner. Our second zoom call would take place before week 4 to discuss your progress and your thoughts and feelings about the program. This will help me write your next plan.

Building relationships with women through fitness is such a blessing! There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone change physically and mentally month after month. I’m so excited to get to know you!
